Athletics & Hockey Training Prices

All our training sessions are held at Elkanah House Sunningdale Preparatory Campus, occasionally at Elkanah High Astro Turf. We group athletes by age, ability and the performance level they have been signed up for.

Your own equipment is required for all classes. This includes hockey sticks, gum guards, and shin pads for our hockey classes. We provide hockey balls.

Athletics Training Prices

Athletics Group Sessions for high jump, long jump, hurdles & shot put are run once a week during School Term 1 and 4 with occasional extra sessions. Each session is one hour long with small groups of up to six athletes per coach.

• R1000 – 5 sessions (R200 per session)
• Upcoming: R130 per practice and application session

Hockey Coach Prices

Group sessions are run during school term 1, 2 and 3 on Saturdays. Parents can choose to sign up for 3 lessons or 5 lessons for the term. Each session is one hour long with groups of up to ten athletes per coach.

• R900 – 5 sessions @ R180 (Only Term 2 & 3 on Saturdays)
• R660 – 3 sessions @ R220 per session

Running & Fitness Training Prices

Offered right through the year over an 8 to 9 week training cycle of 3 to 4 training sessions per week. Each session is one hour long.

• R1620 – 3 sessions @ R60 a session
• R1260 – 2 sessions @ R70 a session
• R900 – 1 session @ R100 a session

Holiday Hockey Clinics

A 3-day hockey clinic during the school holidays. We offer 2 clinics in the March/April holidays and 2 clinics in the June/July holidays.

• R690 – Grade 3 to 7 (9am till 11h30am)
• R420 – Grade R to 2 (9am till 10h30am)

Holiday Athletics Clinics

A 3-day athletics clinic during the Sep/Oct school holidays.

• R630 – Grade 2 to 8 (9am till 11h00am)

Athletics & Hockey School Development Program

Offered as part of a school’s extracurricular offerings. Athletics offered in Term 1 & 4 school terms. Hockey offered in Term 2 & 3 school terms – approx 8 lessons per term.
